This Cookie Policy explains how Tech Forge Rocks LLC (“RedirRocks”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on our websites and in our redirect-management platform (together, the “Service”). It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
What are cookies?#

We use PostHog for product analytics to understand how the Service is used. Where required by law, we will ask for your consent before setting analytics cookies, and you can decline them without affecting strictly necessary functionality.

How analytics cookies are set#
We load PostHog through our own subdomain (a reverse proxy), so PostHog’s cookies and local storage are set as first-party storage on our domain rather than by a third-party domain. PostHog Inc. remains a third-party processor that receives and analyzes this data on our behalf, under its own privacy policy. Payment processing and other integrations may also rely on trusted providers. Redirect destinations you visit through the Service are operated by third parties and may set their own cookies as well.
Cookies set by redirects on customer domains#
When you visit a website that uses RedirRocks, our redirect engine may read or set a cookie on that customer’s own domain — for example, to recognize returning visitors or remember how a visitor was previously routed — so the customer’s rules behave consistently. These cookies exist in the context of the customer’s website, not ours. The customer that operates the domain is responsible for disclosing them and, where required, obtaining consent under their own privacy and cookie notices. This Cookie Policy covers the RedirRocks website and dashboard and does not govern our customers’ websites.
Managing your cookies#
Most browsers let you view, manage, block, and delete cookies through their settings. You can also clear your browser’s local storage. Because strictly necessary cookies are required for the Service to work, blocking them may prevent you from signing in or using certain features.
Changing your analytics consent#
If you accepted or declined analytics cookies, you can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of our website, which reopens the consent banner. We remember your choice for one month, after which we ask again.
